The recent strike in the Telugu film industry forced many to stop their shootings. Sensational director SS Rajamouli, who is doing an experimental film with the live and animated characters, titled ‘Eega’ shooting was also put off for some days in this backdrop.

The latest buzz is that the director is planning to resume the shooting from May 1 in Hyderabad. Nani, Samanta and Sudeep are playing the lead and most of the film was shot in a special set erected in Ramanaidu Studios.

Senthil, who worked for ‘Magadheera’ and ‘Yamadonga’ earlier in association with the director, is again taking care of the cinematography department.

A special Scorpio crane was summoned exclusively for this film. Produced by Sai Korrapati, the film has music from MM Keeravani.

The story of the film revolves around a ‘housefly’ and the film had lots of graphic works and would be a visual extravaganza for the Telugu audiences.
